Aaron Bleich has worked as a producer and writer since he graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1997, beginning with CBS’s “Day and Date,” a daily news and entertainment magazine show. His television producer credits also include the “Judge Mills Lane Show,” a daily court TV reality strip, and segments for “Metro Guide,” Cablevision’s “original programming” channel seen in the Metropolitan New York Tri-State Area.
In 1999 his career extended into news, as a producer for MSNBC, where he was in charge of special projects including the November 2000 election coverage. In 2001, he assumed the role of point producer for the 9-11 tragedy.
Bleich holds the position of Vice President of Program Development for mediagroup, where he leads the project development and research team for new programming.
Bleich is the winner of a 2002 National Emmy Award for outstanding coverage of the events of 9-11, and the ‘160 Award’ for Production Excellence at the Nashville Film Festival.
